And that item is Punkie Gloves.

Punkie Gloves comes in a vast array of Color's. There is a Slink Applier hud useable on slink hands.

This outfit is Studded Tard [Onyx] 

The wings are a Rare gatcha item. And these are Bubble wings!

A sweet Rainbow color and the bubbles, omg faints there so cool!
